Band Match - Play in an Band
Congratulations! All the hard work that you have devoted to learning your instrument has finally paid off and now you are finally in solid control of your technique. The logical next step is to find a band to perform with but how does it work? How do you learn to play together? In the past, musicians would get together to practice with NO IDEA on just how to proceed. This situation is the number one reason for the failure of most of these attempts and for the painful musical frustrations that result.
Here at the KoSA Academy we have created a program that deals specifically with these issues. Based around technical exercises for the ENTIRE group you will learn to perform as a single unit with visible quick results. You will study compositions of your choice under the instruction of the very best ensemble musicians Montreal has to offer.
Open to groups that are already formed and/or to individuals who wish to find musicians to perform with, the program runs 10 weeks at 90 minutes a session culminating with a public performance at the end the term of study.
