![]() KOSA 11 PHOTO ARCHIVE - Please Click here! Welcome to the KoSA International Percussion Workshop's 11th year. For KoSA 2006, we are very pleased to announce the return to the picturesque campus of Johnson State College, nestled in the Mountains of northern Vermont. Johnson State was our original choice for the very first KoSA workshop, and we are grateful to the hard work of the team to help us return. Also, we want to recognize the staff and team at Castleton State College for their wonderful support of KoSA. Our return to Johnson provides us with several aspects we felt important, and many of those aspects have to do with proximity... everything from commercial airports to our home in Montréal is closer. Because we will spend less time dealing with the logistics of travel (for both students and artist faculty) we have more time to spend on our ongoing commitment to making every minute of the KoSA workshop grow and develop from the previous year. For KoSA 11, we are scheduling a fascinating mix of both KoSA veteran faculty and newcomers to the KoSA Experience. We are also putting the finishing touches on a relevant, experience and enhanced program of study featuring some new open forum events that should prove to be as interesting to listen to as they are to particpate in. Finally, we are already at work to expand the reach of our KoSA Festival concert performances, to entertain and educate surrounding communities at this once-per-year, very special event. If you have Quick Time, you may view our trailer... click here to view it... it does have audio, some great KoSA tracks! The dates for KoSA 11, are August 7-13th, 2006. Jolan and I invite you to explore this complete site as well as our ARCHIVE pages, as they contain great images of the past two KoSA International Percussion Workshops. We'd also invite you to visit our partner site, DRUMPARTIES.COM. We have provided a link from KOSAMUSIC.COM which you can find HERE. Jolan and me, and our entire KoSA Team remain indebted to our faithful sponsors for helping make KoSA possible. As always, we invite you contact us at our headquarters in Montréal with any questions. We look forward to hearing from you, and to being with you at KoSA 11! Thank you for your interest, and your time. Aldo
